Video Introduction to Invoicera

How does Invoicera Standout?

Invoicera is a relatively new brand that is rapidly making progress in the marketplace. If you are a startup you can get started for free and you don’t have to start paying until you are sending out more than three invoices a month. If you’re paying $15 per month, you get a lot for your money. Not just a full suite of invoicing tools, in addition to this you get expense management tools at no extra cost.

Most Useful Positive Review

“I found Invoicera easy to get started with when I started my business as a freelancer 6-months ago. Being able to use the tool for free until I had enough revenue coming in to pay for it was a real bonus. The customer support is very responsive and nothing seems too much trouble. I hope this does not change as they grow, but I guess that’s inevitable.”

Where does Invoicera Fall Short?

If you have more than 10 staff or complicated accounting needs you may find Invoicera limiting. For instance, if you need to run payroll, or provide your CEO with a cashflow forecast. As a result, Invoicera is great for freelancers and micro-businesses, but you will find it falls short if you really need accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero.

Most Useful Negative Review

“We liked the idea of simple accounting software that’s just based on getting invoices out and accounting for our expenses, but found Invoicera too simple. It’s frustrating because we liked the interface, but we need to be able to do basic accounting tasks like payroll and profit and loss statements.”
